Limitation of liability

1. users expressly understand and agree that MTICM and its officers and employees, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if MTICM has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

   1. the use or the inability to use the service;

   2. the use of information obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;

   4. statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or

   5. any other matter relating to the service.

   3. the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable;

CONTRIBUTIONS

By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Contributions") to MTICM through the feedback webpages, users acknowledge and agree that:

1. their Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information;

2. MTICM is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions;

3. MTICM is entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide;

4. MTICM may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development;

5. their Contributions automatically become the property of MTICM without any obligation of MTICM to users; and

6. users are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from MTICM under any circumstances.
